Financial Adviser
Liberty has officially launched its 2026 Recruitment Campaign, and we are seeking ambitious, client-focused individuals to join the Liberty Group as Financial Advisers.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building long-term client relationships, understanding individual financial goals, and creating tailored financial solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term aspirations.
As a Liberty Financial Adviser, you will partner with experienced managers who will guide and support you in building a professional, sustainable advisory practice. You will take the time to truly understand your clients — their needs, goals, and dreams — and position yourself as a trusted, lifelong partner in helping them achieve financial security and live their best possible lives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop customised financial plans aligned to clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide ongoing investment advice and actively monitor client portfolios
Ensure client strategies remain aligned with changing life circumstances and market conditions
Educate clients on investment options, asset allocation, tax implications, and wealth strategies
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
Meet with clients regularly to review financial plans and adjust strategies where necessary
Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial legislation
Minimum Role Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Reliable laptop
Minimum 1 year sales and/or customer service experience
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Clear criminal and credit record
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Desired / Advantageous Requirements
Diploma or Degree (must be recognised by the Financial Services Authority)
Minimum 1 year banking or financial services experience
RE5 qualification
FAIS compliance
Wealth Management or Certificate in Banking
Previous exposure to financial advisory or investment environments
