We’re a fully remote, globally distributed team of 28 SEO specialists, developers, and eCommerce experts based across Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Brazil, and Georgia. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a confident, strategic SEO Account Manager to own client success and lead SEO strategy across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing ownership, understands how SEO impacts business outcomes, and prefers strategy and decision-making over task execution.
Note: Shopify experience is not required. Strong SEO account management experience is. We’ll train you on Shopify-specific SEO where needed.
The Role
As an SEO Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of client relationships and performance. You’ll be the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding SEO strategy, aligning expectations, and ensuring measurable growth.
You won’t be executing every task yourself — instead, you’ll lead strategy, interpret data, and collaborate closely with our internal SEO, content, technical, and link-building teams to drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage a portfolio of SEO client accounts
Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading communication and strategy
Define, oversee, and refine SEO strategies for Shopify-based eCommerce brands
Clearly communicate performance, insights, and next steps via calls, reports, and presentations
Translate SEO metrics into actionable, business-focused recommendations
Analyze keyword opportunities, competitors, and site performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers across accounts
Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure long-term performance
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an SEO Account Manager (agency or client-facing role)
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, strategy, and performance drivers
Confident managing client relationships and setting realistic expectations
Comfortable explaining SEO results to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic, analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or equivalent)
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for outcomes — not just tasks
Package & Remuneration
R45,000 – R63,000 per month, depending on experience
