Duties & Responsibilities

Customer / Stakeholder accountabilities
• Liaison with customers and other branches
• Develop and maintain relationship with staff

Operational Processes Accountabilities:
• Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
• Track and measure actions and tasks and set timeframes and goals
• Create and update workflows
• Log relevant data on the divisions tracking platforms
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure required resources are available
• Ensure that all necessary information is available and on file
• Track expenses and cost
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Measure and report on project performance
• Act as the point of contact for all participants
• Co-ordinate training as a whole
• Assist with marketing aspects relevant to the division
• Prepare sales invoices and assist with queries associated to the processing of these
• Assist with other administrative aspects within the division

Desired Qualification

• Matric (essential)
• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Project management (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills requirements

• Project Coordination
• Work experience as an Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
• Solid organization and time-management skills
• Team work
• Time management
• Project management experience
