Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Clean and sanitize all treatment rooms, restrooms, relaxation areas, and common areas daily.
  • Ensure all linens, towels, robes, and spa supplies are laundered, folded, and stocked appropriately.
  • Check and maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities; request replacements as needed.
  • Ensure products are properly stored and organized.
  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for clients.
  • Assist guests with basic inquiries or direct them to the receptionist or spa staff.
  • Ensure waiting areas and lounges are tidy, with refreshments stocked and arranged neatly.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols consistently.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Report any hazards or incidents to management immediately.

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a spa, hotel, or wellness facility.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards consistently.
  • Basic organizational skills and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Physically fit and able to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Working Hours: Flexible, including weekends and holidays as per spa operations.
