Our Affordables division is built on the promise of helping to make peoples dream of home ownership a reality, by creating a full service sales office that concentrates purely on the sales of Affordable homes from developers such as Cosmopolitan Homes, TrustGro Properties and City Developments.
What are we looking for in our sales team members?
Must have a passion for people
Must be sales and target driven
Be willing to do what ever it takes to make a deal happen
Be well networked and willing to grow your network of possible home buyers
Must be well spoken, articulate and confident in communicating on all levels
Minimum qualifying criteria:
High School or equivalent
1 – 2 years Face to Face sales experience
Own reliable vehicle, Laptop (or Tablet) and Celpphone essential
Good knowledge of the Greater Johannesburg area
