Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all treatment rooms, restrooms, relaxation areas, and common areas daily.
- Ensure all linens, towels, robes, and spa supplies are laundered, folded, and stocked appropriately.
- Check and maintain cleanliness of equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Spa Manager.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities; request replacements as needed.
- Ensure products are properly stored and organized.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for clients.
- Assist guests with basic inquiries or direct them to the receptionist or spa staff.
- Ensure waiting areas and lounges are tidy, with refreshments stocked and arranged neatly.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols consistently.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any hazards or incidents to management immediately.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a spa, hotel, or wellness facility.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain standards consistently.
- Basic organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
