Job Purpose
- To package finished product according to quality specification while achieving operational throughput requirements within a food safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished product on an various Extrusion machines
- Reach production target per shift
- Ensure continuous quality monitoring and recording of results
- Ensure food safe and hygienic work area is maintained at all times
- Report all production downtime to supervisor/manager timeously
- Record and analyses downtime reasons.
- Deep cleaning of machine and area.
- Random tasks requested by HOD
- Invocom™ participation and facilitation
Qualification Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
Experience Requirements
- 1 year milling industry experience
- 6 months – 1 years’ experience as a stacker
