M&A Associate | Metals & Mining
We are currently seeking an M&A Associate to join our reputable client’s team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ M&A experience
- Experience within the Metals & Mining sector
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Investment banking experience is essential
- Exposure to private equity, transaction advisory, commercial banking, valuations, or corporate finance will be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach
