What You’ll Be Doing

As a key voice of the LegalWise brand, your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with prospective and existing members via outbound and inbound calls

Promoting and selling LegalWise products, benefits, and services

Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets

Resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently

Accurately capturing call details and maintaining up-to-date records

Ensuring all interactions align with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles

What We’re Looking For

We believe success starts with the right people. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

A completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)

A completed or in-progress diploma or degree

Fluency in English and Afrikaans, plus at least one African language

Strong communication, listening, and time-management skills

A customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales

An understanding of TCF principles and a commitment to ethical business practices
