  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a butcher or Butchery manager
  • Strong experience in cutting of meat, portioning , deboning and trimming
  • Proven experience in managing a butcher or meat department
  • experience in working in a high volume retail or wholesale environment
  • knowledge of costing, and stock control
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise , Train and manage butchery staff
  • Ensure quality control and consistent product standard
  • control stock levels , ordering and minimize wastage
  • ensure compliance with health , safety and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer queries and compliance professionally
  • drive sales , productivity and profitably
  • ensure proper merchandising and display of meat products
