Our clients are well established small to medium – sized firms of Chartered Accountants and Consulting Services, based all around JHB and PTA, providing a wide range of auditing, tax, accounting and advisory services to the private sector and to individuals. They have a number of opportunities to commence your SAICA Training Contract.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Form part of an achieving audit team
- All function in line with SAICA’s guidelines
- Performed various reconciliations
- Compilation of financials for Close Corporations and Trusts
- Financials in terms of IFRS for SMME’s
- Extensive Liaison with clients
- Complete agreed upon procedures
- Ensure Engagement letters are received and on file
- Obtain bank confirmations
- Attend all training organised by the firm
- Complete Performance reviews after completion of each audit
- Complete a Development Needs Analysis every 6 months to determine development needs
- All admin duties relating to completion of an audit file.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B Com Degree and / or a CTA (Qualification must be SAICA accredited)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (Essential)
- Willingness to work longer hours as and when required
- Conscientious and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Focus and determination to see qualification through
